SUPPLIMENTS

Condition Applicable

• All rates are in United States Dollar.
• Rates quoted above are including Service Charge, TGST &Green Tax (USD 6.00) per person per night.
• All above rates are net and non-commissionable.
• Infant: 0 – 1.99 Y | Child: 2 – 11.99 Y | Adult: 12 – 99.99 Y
• Minimum 7 nights requires for booking falling on 28.12.2018to 06.01.2019 ( both dates inclusive )
• Rates are confidential and shall not be published on internet without prior approval.
• Standard check in time to resort is 14:00hrs and checkout time is 12:00hrs.
• Any new taxes by the Government of Maldives resulting in additional cost should be borne by the Travel Agent.
• The Hotel may notify “Stop Sale” to the Agent should the Hotel foresee overbooking and the Agent shall follow such notification. Should the Agent fail to comply with the Hotel’s request for “Stop Sale” the Hotel is not responsible for alternative accommodation, compensations and other claims and liabilities.
• In the event of changes in Operator ownership, or in the ownership or lease holder of the Resort, Operator and the Resort will transfer the entire commitment of this contract to the new owner and / or lease holder, provided there is no contradiction. In case of changing of owners or lease holders both the Resort and the Operator should be informed officially and immediately.

Transfers

The hotel will arrange transfers to and from the hotel only on request basis. Agents may arrange transfers on their own if they wish. Final amendments of arrival and departure flight number, time should be notified to the resorts not less than 72 hours before arrival of clients to Maldives. All the transfers which resort arranges will be by air (seaplane) which will be operated between Male’ International Airport and aaaVeee Nature’s Paradise.

Payment Policy & Terms

• The Operator will pay the Resort for the arrangements following delivery by the Resort of its invoices to the Operator, in the currency and the rates specified in this contract, prior to check-in date to invoice due date.
• The Agent shall bear all the remittance charges involved at his end or charges of corresponding banks of outside Maldives. The resort will bear only the local bank’s charges. Remittances from outside Male’ the Agent shall add USD 35 to each remittance to cover cost of intermediary bank’s commission.
• The agent shall not deduct any amount from hotel invoice due to any reason such as complaints or otherwise until the matter is investigated and agreed by the hotel. In the event any compensation is to be paid, the hotel will issue a credit note to the agent.

Compliments

• Honeymooners: Will receive Fruit Basket with a Bottle of Wine, Bed decoration, if travelling within 6 months from the Date of Wedding. The Resort may ask for a copy of the wedding certificate at the time of check-in
• Wedding Anniversaries: Will receive a Cake with a Bottle of Wine, Bed decoration, if staying at aaaVeee Nature’s Paradise on the anniversary date. The Resort may ask for a copy of the wedding certificate at the time of check-in
• Birthdays: For Birthdays celebrated at the Resort, will receive a Birthday Cake, Bottle of wine, Bed decoration and table decoration.
• Other compliments:
  * Assistance at the airport by resort representatives.
  * Welcome drinks on arrival.
  * 1 liter bottled water per person per day (Only in the room).
  * Complimentary drinking water during meal times.

Cancellations, Early Departures & No Shows:

• Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 21 days prior to the date of arrival.
• Cancellation within 21 to 07 days prior to the date of arrival 50% of the total stay & arrival transfer will be charged.
• Cancellations within 07 days prior to the date of arrival 100% of the total stay & arrival transfer will be charged.
• All No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay with return transfers.
• Early departure will be charged 100% of the entire stay.
• Guests, who are unable to depart due to seaplane cancellations because of bad weather, should be responsible for the room charges and other expenses during the extra days.
• Cancellation of group bookings from 45 days to release date 50% of the entire stay without transfer charges.
• Cancellation of group bookings after release period 100% of the entire stay with arrival transfer charges.
• No Cancellation is charged for bookings confirmed and cancelled within the release period.
• Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no-show
• It is an obligation for the agent to obtain the cancellation acknowledgement from the resort.

HONEYMOONERS & BIRTHDAY:
